New girl in town

Well, I just can't cure my Etsy addiction. I keep telling myself there's no time for it right now, but then I go ahead and spend more endless hours pinning, tagging and faving. Before I know it, the weekend is over and I haven't accomplished half the things I planned to.

Almost there...

I almost made a sale today... I was that close... But seen as though I'm not by far a full-time artisan, I didn't have the product in stock. And it takes me a few days to make the beaded necklace that everyone loves - since I'm only selling that particular model. Well, maybe next time. I'll start making a spare just in case...

New Treasury in Town...

As I was saying, I've been trying to develop my artsy side by making some jewelry. One of the places I showcase my jewelry at is Etsy and it's a pretty fancy website. There are a lot of fantastic artists selling through Etsy and it's always an inspiration to browse through treasuries.

If you put your mind to it...

Well, I guess I'm back to writing in English, just to check the type of audience this baby can reach. I've been struggling with this "handmade business" for some time now (not that long, but it's something) and everyone keeps doing it as a full time job. And they are successful, no matter what their product is.
I'm happy with the things I've sold so far, considering I don't have a steady audience and it hasn't been a full year since I've started, but other people make a living out of this... Of course, they don't all sell Egyptian beaded necklaces, but I could adapt to the market somehow...
